Our Work
Before:
Here is an ADU project that started with the purchase of a small 2 bedroom, 1 bath home. It was being rented for $1,600 a month.
After:
After acquiring necessary permits, our team proceeded to enlarge and upgrade the original home, add a master suite and a 350 square foot Studio Junior ADU...
...and add a 3 bedroom, 2 ½ bath rear house. The project improvements were approximately $380,000 and brings in total rent of $7,800 per month, with more units becoming available for California families.
